Job Title : Assembly Operator 3rd shift

Pay Range : $19.50 - $21.50 / Hr

Job Description :

As an Assembly Operator, you will :

Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment with supervision

Inspection of dies and packages to various Military and JEDEC standards using high and low-power microscopes

Follows defined specifications and reaction paths or written / verbal instructions

Use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components manually

Train other employees on basic equipment operation and the assembly process

Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas

Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data

Job Requirement :

As an Assembly Operator, you have :

A high school diploma or GED is required; previous experience in electronic / semiconductor assembly experience helpful.

Positive, team-oriented attitude.

As an employee, it is expected that the individual represents, supports, and encourages the culture by adhering to work policies and practices set forth within the company

Stable work history.

We consider individuals with proven track records and commitment; we have never had a layoff!

Basic computer skills.

Every Operator will utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data, including the Microsoft Office software suite

Ability to communicate verbally / written.

Needing to define specifications or written / verbal instructions.

Report daily outcomes and accomplishments to management

Pay close attention to detail.

You will be screening, visually inspecting measurements, and sorting semiconductor devices
