Tax Senior - International Compliance Responsibilities :

• Manage foreign outbound tax planning, U.S. outbound tax compliance processes, and audit matters.
• Prepare and review international tax compliance work for a team of five.
• Ensure proper documentation and support for international tax projects.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining global tax planning strategies.
• Contribute to special projects, including acquisition reviews.
• Assist with tax compliance, provision, and transfer pricing processes.
• Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms for foreign-owned companies, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
• Perform GILTI and FDII calculations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support data gathering, analysis, and reconciliations related to U.S. international reporting and tax provisions.

To succeed in this role, you will have :

$120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
