Job description

A leading healthcare organization near Huntsville, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Pediatricians to join their expanding outpatient team. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for both full-time and part-time candidates passionate about providing comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting. This role allows you to work with a diverse patient population in a flexible, supportive, and dynamic environment.

    • Flexible hours with options for extended morning or evening shifts

  • Weekend Requirements

    • 100% outpatient with light phone call, currently 1 : 5

  • Call Requirements

    • No hospital call, outpatient phone call only

    Job Highlights :

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

    • Full-time is preferred, but both options are open for discussion.

    • Work alongside three experienced Pediatricians, a PA, an NP, a care navigator, social workers, and an onsite Phlebotomist.

  • No Hospital Call

    • Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with only light phone call duty.

  • Teaching Opportunities

    • Options available to work with medical students and advanced practice trainees.

  • Patient Volume

    • Approximately 25+ patients per day in a well-established practice.

    Qualifications :

  • Board Certification / Eligibility in Pediatrics (Required)
  • Ohio Medical License or willingness to obtain one (Required)
  • Clean Malpractice and License History (Required)
  • Commitment to community health and underserved populations.
  • Open to candidates with a strong interest in practicing at the top of their license.
