Job descriptionPleasant, positive attitude and clean and neat appearance a must. Attention to customer service, satisfaction and attention to detail is very important in this position. Requires high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. One to two years of effective food service experience needed. ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Description :
Responsible to the Production Manager or Manager on duty for various preparation activities, organization, and clean-up of dessert & related areas.
- Prepare sandwiches and salads for The Global Café / Fred's, sack lunches for campus groups, special diet requests. (School year August through May. June, July, and part of August would be helping in various stations within our department.)
- Help slice meat, cheeses & vegetables for our Deli station.
- Set up the dessert area for lunch and clean up area after meals.
- Help with baking items for the next day and with special diets.
