We are looking for a results-driven Shift Leader be responsible for the overall management of a daily shift. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Responsibilities may include supervising bakers, drivers, and other crew members. Food service industry experience in fast paced, customer focused food service environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities :
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsScheduling and OrderingContinually training employees- striving for 100% quality, cleanliness and customer servicePropose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceAdditional store manager duties as neededQualifications :
