What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex process design, fabrication approaches, and evaluation of production operations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure quality-centric design and manufacturing practices.
  • Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, production flows, and capacity models.
  • Conduct support studies, analyses, and testing to improve manufacturability and throughput.
  • Review detailed designs for producibility and cost-effective assembly.
  • Apply sound judgment to diverse technical situations and data-driven decisions.

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in engineering plus 5+ years of applicable engineering experience.
  • Experience in one or more : manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, robotics.
  • Self-starter who owns projects from initiation to completion.
  • Thrives both independently and on cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiencies : engineering degree and experience working within a manufacturing environment.
