Job description

Manager, Quality Assurance

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business success? Were looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead the charge in shaping and governing enterprise-wide QA practices that ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Define and implement enterprise-wide QA methodologies, standards, and best practices that align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Oversee the execution of test strategies, including automation, performance, and user acceptance testing while championing tools and technologies that enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Partner with cross?functional teams to ensure testable, traceable, and high?quality deliverables across development, infrastructure, business analysis, and project management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership / management role.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and decision?making skills with a track record of balancing quality and speed.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner across technology and business functions.

In?depth knowledge of automation tools, frameworks, and test management software (e.g., Selenium, UFT, HP), integration and performance testing tools (SoapUI, ReadyAPI, LoadRunner), and CI / CD integration.

Broad knowledge of Atlassian JIRA for test management dashboards and team kanban boards.

Preferred : Graduate work or additional background in Management Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent. Desired experience with cloud?based implementations and change leadership. ISTQB or CMSQ certifications.
