RCM is looking for school based Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing team!\n

\n\t
• Location: Santa Ana, CA\n\t
• Location Type: On-Site\n\t
• Schedule: Full Time\n\t
• Approx Hours: 35\n\t
• Grade/Age Levels: Kindergarten; Elementary School; Middle School; High School\n\t
• Caseload Information: K-12th-grade for evaluations and direct services.\n

\nEssential Duties, include bit not limited to:\n\n

\n\t
• Administering standardized assessment tests within their professional scope of practice\n\t
• Presenting diagnostic findings completely and accurately\n\t
• Writing evaluation reports with technical accuracy\n\t
• Seeking out appropriate information from medical and/or other resources as needed to implement treatment strategies\n\t
• Developing theoretically sound plans describing objectives and procedures for treatment\n\t
• Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of the person served\n\t
• Giving clear concise instructions in presenting materials and/or techniques in therapy\n\t
• Recording and tracking daily progress accurately\n\t
• Providing accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family\n\t
• Planning for discharge of the person served\n\t
• Attending Transdisciplinary Team Approach (TTA) meetings, IFSP’s, Periodic Reviews, Annual Reviews and Transition meetings as required\n\t
• Fulfilling Team Lead duties for a select number of children on assigned caseload\n

\nRequirements:
\n• Graduate from a Speech Pathology program
\n• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in CA
\n• School Experience Preferred
