Your Role - What You Will Accomplish

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and sample preparation for testing when required.
• Accurately document all processes, train new personnel or students, and play a part in maintaining the quality standards of the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout the duration of your employment.
