Software Development Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead (.NET) for a remote direct-hire position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional, agile development team and serve as technical SME for a specific domain

Provide guidance and mentoring through code reviews, pair programming, and career development planning

Design system features and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

10+ years of software development experience, primarily using C#

3+ years of experience leading development teams

Experience with enterprise-level system architecture and cloud services, preferably Azure

Proficiency in designing and implementing both monolithic and microservice architectures
