American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position at a Level III high-risk facility with night shift and float requirements.

/ n / n Responsibilities / n

Work in a Level III Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting

Care for high-risk obstetric patients with the possibility of early inductions and continuous monitoring

May float to High Risk OB unit as needed and potentially up to two nearby lower-volume hospitals

Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19 : 00 to 07 : 00

Every other weekend and holiday required

Block scheduling may be considered but is not guaranteed

Hospital provides scrubs

Responsible for the care of laboring and high-risk OB patients including antepartum and those needing continuous monitoring

Float assignments will remain within the RN's scope of practice

First time travelers accepted

Any requested time off must be provided at the time of application; additional RTO after submission is not permitted

No local pay rates offered

Active NJ or compact RN license required

Minimum 2.5-3 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NRP

Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of contract acceptance, using a PC only

EPIC charting experience preferred

COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
