Role Overview :

This group is seeking a Managing Director to lead the studio’s business operations, team culture, and strategic growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for financial management, staffing, and operational systems that support creative excellence. You’ll work closely with the Design Principals to translate their vision into a high-performing practice and help expand the studio’s portfolio beyond existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Leadership : Manage forecasting, profitability, and performance reporting to ensure business goals are met across all projects.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and oversee systems, workflows, and resource planning to drive efficiency and quality.
• Team Growth & Culture : Mentor and lead staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment rooted in creativity.
• Creative Alignment : Partner with Design Principals to uphold and advance the studio’s creative vision throughout project execution.
• Business Development : Cultivate new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive strategic growth.
• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with key partners to align priorities and resources for shared projects.
• External Representation : Represent the studio with clients, consultants, and industry peers to enhance its reputation and market presence.
