At Balance Staffing , we’re all about your success! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Final Electronics Quality Inspector to join a leading electronics manufacturer in Salt Lake City.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and test finished electronic and electromechanical assemblies
• Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings for accuracy
• Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to verify parts
• Identify and document defects or non-conformances
• Ensure rework meets IPC-A-610 quality standards
• Record inspection data and communicate results to production teams
