Do you enjoy helping people become more independent? Love working as part of a team? As a Program Manager / QATC (Quality Assurance Training & Coordination), you’ll oversee a caseload of 10–15 adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care, effective training, and smooth coordination between staff, families, and partners.

Note : This is not a tech position.

What You’ll Do :

Train and guide staff to deliver exceptional support

Monitor daily / monthly documentation for accuracy and maintain up to date reports and records

Facilitate regular meetings with clients and staff

Communicate with Regional Center & service coordinators

Attend service meetings and advocate for clients

Cover open shifts if necessary

Maintain high quality and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For :

Strong time management & adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Leadership / management experience (preferred)

Excellent communication & listening skills

Ability to inspire and support others as part of a team

Experience with developmental disabilities a plus

Bilingual a plus!
