As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist - Level 3, you'll be crucial to missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is located in Baltimore, MD and requires you to be onsite 2-3 days a week. This is not a telecommuting / remote position. No relocation allowance will be provided. This position is contingent upon capturing program award(s) as well as obtaining and maintaining associated business and / or customer funding prior to start date.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for working with Program Management, Manufacturing and Engineering to load requirements in to MRP to meet manufacturing and testing schedules per the Integrated Master Schedule
• Responsible for working with other planners, engineers, and program representatives to forecast material costs.
• Analyzes and aggregates supply / demand requirements to meet program needs
• Analyzes purchase material supply / demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
• Creates / reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments and anticipated attrition levels
• Communicate with suppliers for lead times, and delivery times. Actively resolves, communicates, and works to resolve issues

Primary Level Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $130,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
