Candidate requirements :

Responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of project

Knowledge in General Contracting

Read and understand construction plans

Ability to perform take-offs and schedule of values

Understanding of contractual documents

Oversee budgets and stay on schedule

Valid Texas driver's license

Communicate with vendors and clients

Manage and lead construction team

Manage weekly design / construction meetings

Keep upper management informed of construction progress

Coordinate with engineering / architectural firms

WIP reports

Forecast duration of projects

Perform closeout document review
