We are seeking a highly skilled Neurohospitalist for a locum tenens assignment in a renowned medical facility in Montana. Join a dedicated team providing critical neurological support in a Level 1 trauma-certified facility that also manages consults for surrounding critical access hospitals in Montana and Northern Wyoming.

Day Shift : 7 a.m. 7 p.m.

Day Shifts : February 5 - 13, February 19 - 21, February 25 - 28Patient Census : Approximately 15 patients per shiftEMR System : CernerResponsibilities :
Coverage Type : Inpatient only; call coverage requiredRounding : Required; both general neurology and stroke care casesCertification Requirement : Must be board-certified or board-eligible in neurologyPrivileges : Hospital privileges required (no temporary privileges)Support Staff : Includes 1 APC per day shift, 3 stroke RNs on weekday day shifts, and additional support staff for neurology consultationsCall Details :
Response Time :2 minutes for stroke cases
5 minutes for bedside callsCall Consults : May vary; typically includes both phone consults and call-back requirementsAdditional Information : Teaching and supervision of advance practice providers required; experience in a comprehensive stroke center setting is highly preferredFacility Highlights :
