Purchasing Manager

A company is looking for a Purchasing Manager who will oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations.

Key Responsibilities

Bid out and manage all contracts, track project budgets, and ensure contractor performance

Negotiate costs and source products to improve quality and aesthetic appeal

Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovation jobs while recruiting new contractors and vendors

Required Qualifications

5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder or remodeling company

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Understanding of Spanish is a plus
