Corporate Program Manager

Onsemi is seeking a corporate program manager to join the corporate technical transfer team to drive the successful transfer and production ramp of Onsemi technologies in front end factories. The candidate will need to be self-motivated and drive project success with the end goal of delivering products on time, right cost, and high quality. This is a "hands on" position. The successful candidate is expected to be able to work independently as well as within teams. They should possess analytical skills to identify problems, the leadership skills to own and drive improvement across all aspects of the manufacturing process, and the technical skills to balance the benefits and risks of various solution paths as they relate to production output, ramp timing, and quality.
