Job Description Job Description ✨ Calling all rockstar RNs! ✨ Saint Luke’s Hospital South is on the hunt for a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse with experience to join our Med Surg Intermediate Float Pool Department! 36 hours week Night shift Benefits eligible Float Pay Incentive Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. Tier 3 required to work at four metro hospital entities.
