As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play an important role in our continued growth by finding and hiring exceptional talent who will thrive in our culture. You'll focus on creating great experiences for both candidates and hiring managers while building the team that drives our success.

What You'll Do : Partner with Hiring Teams

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on market trends
  • Develop clear, compelling job descriptions that showcase what makes RF-SMART a great place to work
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through talent marketing, sourcing techniques, and networking

Manage the Full Recruiting Process

  • Handle the complete recruiting cycle from initial planning through offer negotiation
  • Source great candidates using various channels including job boards, search engines, recruiting events, and creative outreach
  • Create and administer assessments to help determine the best fit for each role
  • Conduct engaging interviews both virtually and in-person to evaluate candidates

    • Build Our Talent Network

  • Develop relationships with universities and schools to connect with emerging talent
  • Organize and attend campus events to attract top candidates
  • Promote RF-SMART's employer brand to both active and passive job seekers
  • Leverage your professional network to identify potential candidates

    • Contribute to Our Success

  • Provide useful reporting and insights on recruiting activities and outcomes
  • Work effectively in our fast-paced environment while managing multiple open positions
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience

    • What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of senior recruiting experience with a track record of successful hires
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Creative approach to finding and attracting diverse talent
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of supply chain and enterprise business systems (Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
  • Professional HR certification (PHR) is a plus
