About the Role :

The Inventory Logistics Manager with a production focus at Telkonet in Waukesha, WI, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire inventory and logistics process to support efficient production operations. This role ensures that materials and products are accurately tracked, stored, and delivered in a timely manner to meet production schedules and customer demands. The manager will lead cross-functional teams to implement inventory control strategies, reduce waste, and improve supply chain responsiveness. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, warehouse management, and production logistics.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software.
