Field Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking aField Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering team. This role serves as the on-site representative during the construction administration phase, ensuring that projects are built to design specifications and align with our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and prepare timely, detailed reports.
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure all work meets design drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a master inspection schedule in coordination with architects and contractors.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams during the construction process.
• Review construction documents, including specifications, shop drawings, and addendums.
• Provide technical support to project teams and ensure code compliance.
• Participate in professional development and training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Field Services or project leadership.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Electrical Systems : power distribution, lighting, data networks, telecommunications, fire alarms, security, and access control.
