Credentialing : 30-60 days

Start : 1 / 5 / 26

End : 3 / 27 / 26

Schedule : M-F 8-5

Patient Volume : 20-30 - pre-booked to account for no-shows

Procedures : Basic family medicine- wellness exam, cold, cough, flu, chronic care, diabetes, weight management. Bread and butter PC

EMR : Athena

License : CA

Certifications : BC / BE in FM, BLS, DEA

Additional Info : Support staff : 3 MDs and 2 PAs on site, 3 peds providers in the next suite. No hits on license.

Orientation / training- 1 / 5-1 / 6. First day seeing patients- 1 / 7. Ramp up, seeing patients every 30 mins : 1 / 7-1 / 9
