As a key contributor, you will be at the forefront of content strategy and implementation, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance the user journey and elevate search engine performance. Responsibilities

• Content Architecture & Nomenclature : Partner closely with copywriters and user experience (UX) designers to establish proper nomenclature and information architecture for new content, including optimizing headings and page structures for maximum clarity and usability.
• SEO Optimization : Leverage your deep SEO background to collaborate with content teams, reviewing and enhancing content to achieve superior search engine performance and discoverability.
• Content Definition & Strategy : Define the tone and style for critical customer support content, such as FAQs and Help Center articles, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Content Management & Delivery : Utilize content management systems (CMS) to add and update content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all platforms. Manage content submission via work management platforms.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement : Conduct ongoing audits and analyses of existing content, partnering with UX, product, and copywriting teams to recommend and implement improvements.
• Knowledge Integration : Oversee the integration of knowledge and assist in the facilitation of a larger content repository, contributing to a centralized and efficient content ecosystem.
• Strategic Alignment : Work with internal content strategy leadership on tone, voice, and content strategy within interactive voice response (IVR) and messaging spaces, shaping critical customer communication channels.
