Licensed Wellness Coordinator

A company is looking for a Coordinator Member Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain ongoing communication and health coaching with members regarding wellness initiatives

Utilize motivational interviewing and goal setting to promote disease prevention and wellness programs

Coordinate and triage members to appropriate Population Health Programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree required

Bilingual required

Licensed Practical Nurse and clinical experience preferred or relevant certifications

3 to 5 years of experience in wellness initiatives

Experience as a health coach
