POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking results-driven Account Executives to join our private credit division. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on outbound business development and client relationship management.
Account Executives are responsible for prospecting small and mid-sized businesses, conducting needs assessments, presenting financing solutions, and managing the sales process through close.
This is a performance-based, Salary plus commisson
Top performers in this role earn $400,000-$600,000 annually, with senior advisors leading teams exceeding $1,000,000 in annual earnings.

Year 1 : $60,000-$150,000 (typical ramp period)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Essential :
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment
Preferred :
1-3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles)

Minimum 300-600 outbound calls per day (approximately 1500-3000 attempts per week)
Performance Timeline :
Months 1-4 : Focus on training, skill development, and initial deal flow (with mentor support)
Months 5-7 : Establish consistent production and develop repeat client relationships
Months 8-12 : Begin closing deals independently while building pipeline momentum
Year 2+ : Leverage established book of business for predictable, compounding income
