Warehouse Associate

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced athletic apparel distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, as well as assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. Job Title : Warehouse Associate Pay Rate : $20 / h (includes shift differential) Location : Ontario, CA

Job Duties : Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most. What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability
• Load / Unload inbound and / or outbound freight from trailers / containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facility
