Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling cases related to labor and employment law. The role is located in Fort Myers, FL (and sometimes the surrounding cities), but some work from home is acceptable. Daily tasks will include preparing legal documents, representing clients in court , and offering counsel on legal issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Criminal Law
• Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar in Florida
• Prior experience in legal defense or related fields is a plus
