No insurance license is required and opportunity to grow within a well-established agency. Hourly pay with monthly performance bonuses.

  • Call and follow up with individuals who requested insurance quotes
  • Collect necessary client information over the phone
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the agency's management system
  • Ensure all client records are complete and up to date

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional, courteous demeanor on the phone
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable with computers, typing, and multi-tasking
  • Ability to balance efficiency with quality client interactions
