• Hours : 4 day work week : 2-3 days in clinic, with the 4th ER coverage

• Average Patients seen : 10-15 in outpatient clinic
• Call Schedule : Weekend call currently rotating between 5 (soon to be 6) providers
• Loan Repayment
• Sign-On Bonus : $15000
• Compensation : Base salary between $127,000 to $169,000. Bonus available as well to cover signing, relocation, and loan repayment.

• Additional Info : Philip Health Services is seeking an experienced advanced practitioner to join their team of 5 (soon to be 6) providers. This role is traditional rural medicine and will spend time in a variety of areas on campus including the outpatient clinic, hospital, assisted living center, and ER.
