Business Development Manager With German And English

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will strengthen our DACH Sales team, support our growth and play an active role in our company's business development. This position will take full responsibility for sales and customer relationship for a specific region.
Goals :
- The main goal is to contribute to the company's strong growth by developing new business opportunities and ensuring a steady sales pipeline
- Represent the company to customers through professional communication with small and medium-sized businesses in industries such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and others
- Apply professional learned expertise in customer communication to achieve a high level of satisfaction with the services provided
- Meet individual performance goals with own acquired opportunities and assigned pools of customers to unlock new opportunities
Responsibilities :
Develop and expand the regular customer base through both proactive customer acquisition and inbound customer leadsAchieve established sales plans and KPIsHandle incoming requests promptly and with high qualityMaintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messengersEnsure accurate and high-quality maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce).Assist customers in using their personal accounts, submitting requests, and placing ordersMonitor and control paymentsRequirements :
First experiences in sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, sell effectively, and achieve resultsProficiency in German (required) and good knowledge of English for internal communicationAbility to negotiate and correspond fluently and professionally in foreign languagesTechnical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand product specificsExperience of living abroad (preferred)High level of responsibility, determination, and flexibilitySocial intelligence, empathy, and a friendly approach to communicationConditions :
