The IT Manager oversees all aspects of information technology within the organization, providing hands-on support across IT functions including help desk, desktop support, system administration, network management, database administration, and IT security. Responsibilities
- Help Desk / Desktop Support : provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and ensure availability of desktop OS and applications
- System / Network / Database Administration : manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure; install / configure Windows Desktop and Server OS, virtualization (Hyper-V), and business applications; manage backups (Veeam) for on-premises and cloud; design and maintain LAN / WAN / Wireless networks; manage network devices (Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquiti); configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points; design and maintain databases; perform backups, restores, and optimizations
- IT Security : implement and manage security measures, monitor for breaches, respond to incidents, and conduct investigations as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in IT roles with strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructureExperience supporting ERP, WMS, and CRM; NetSuite preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD strongly preferredUnderstanding of IT security principles and best practices; familiarity with cyber security protocols, MDR / EDR technologiesExperience managing public domains (DNS, SSL certificates) preferredExperience with Hyper-V or similar virtualizationProficiency in troubleshooting hardware / software; desktop support, system administration, and network managementBasic PowerShell scripting and Group Policy knowledgeExperience creating API connections is a plusFamiliarity with database administration principles and DBMSKnowledge of IT security best practices and toolsManufacturing industry experience is a plusPhysical Requirements
