Job descriptionPartner with stakeholders to optimize field service and asset workflows. Establish testing strategy and CI / CD for Salesforce (e.g., org strategy, packaging). 7+ years Salesforce experience; strong Apex and integration background. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) features and configuration. Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S / 4HANA; understanding of work & asset management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; mentoring experience. Local to Columbus, OH; onsite Tues–Thurs. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Type : 6-month contract-to-hire. Location : Downtown Columbus, OH (Hybrid : Tues–Thurs onsite). Work Authorization : U.S. Citizens / Permanent Residents. Local candidates required.

About the Role : We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to modernize field service operations . You'll review Apex code, mentor developers, and design scalable solutions in Salesforce Field Service, with integrations to SAP S / 4HANA (on SAP Rise). Strong functional understanding of work & asset management is important.

Review Apex code ; drive code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Design and implement Salesforce Field Service solution s (dispatching, work orders, scheduling, mobile).
Integrate Salesforce with SAP S / 4HANA on SAP Rise (APIs / Middleware).
