First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who want to grow in real estate. If you’re not yet licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the business hands-on from top producers. If you’re already licensed, you’ll gain access to a collaborative team environment with client opportunities, marketing resources, and step-by-step guidance.

Our program focuses on helping you grow your production through accountability, coaching, and real experience with clients. You’ll have the structure to focus on relationships, transactions, and mastering the real estate process.

Compensation : $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Qualifications :

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Technology driven
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Real estate license required
