The Pharmacist Staff – Retail Pharmacy ensures medications are procured, prepared, dispensed, and administered safely and legally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

\n Education : \n\nProfessional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred.
\n
\n License : \n\nWisconsin Pharmacist license required or temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license.\n\nMust hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
\n
\nCertifications :
\nBLS / CPR Certification.\n
