As a Sales Representative at NYC Water Cruises, you will play a key role in both sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our dinner cruise experiences, providing exceptional service to prospective and existing clients, and assisting with inquiries and reservations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities :

Sell dinner cruise tickets and private charter experiences to individuals, groups, and corporate clients

Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries

Guide customers through booking options, pricing, packages, and vessel details

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise schedules, vessel amenities, catering options, and promotional offerings

Follow up with leads and manage client relationships to encourage repeat business

Provide support to guests throughout the booking process to ensure a seamless experience

Work collaboratively with the operations and event planning teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Assist in managing booking software and CRM systems accurately

Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for business development

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or booking platforms (preferred)

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
