StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;10 Pay Rate : $194.00 - $210.00

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements :  5-8 hour shifts from 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm, or 4-10 hour shifts from 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm. Will also consider 5-8 hour shifts of 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30pm
• Required Cases : All cases except Obstetrician and Pediatrics
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Care team 1 : 5
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days
• License required or willing to license : Must have an active Tennessee license
