A Day in the Life of a Billing Services Director :

The position is responsible for leading and planning within the billing departments to oversee and streamline billing and collections processes, staff development, and exceptional customer service. Requires a strong hands-on leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the Hospital, Professional, and Single Billing Office Departments.

Cheyenne Regional Billing Division consists of three departments : Hospital, Professional, and Patient Contact Center with nearly 70 employees combined and over 30 certified with HFMA's CRCR certification.

Professional Billing has maintained a Diamond status in Overall and Primary Denials from Epic's Financial Pulse.
