Job description2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or surgical field. Proven success in territory management and client relationship development. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and analyzing performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience). Monthly commission plan. Expected first-year earnings between $130,000 and $140,000 annually. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with profit sharing. Paid vacation and personal time off. Surgical Sales Representative
Location : Remote (Based in Sacramento, CA)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Applicants must reside in the Greater Sacramento area.
About the Opportunity :
Join a leading provider of regenerative and surgical dental products. This is a fully remote sales position representing advanced regenerative materials and surgical instruments within the dental and medical device industry. The Surgical Sales Representative will manage a defined region across Northern California, including Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno, focusing on oral surgeons and specialists performing elective procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in B2B, medical, or dental sales who wants autonomy, stability, and a strong brand behind them.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and grow sales within an established Northern California territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and other surgical specialists.
- Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
- Execute sales strategies for regenerative materials and surgical product lines.
- Represent the company at study clubs, dental conferences, and regional or national trade shows.
- Track account activity, pipeline development, and key performance indicators.
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals.
