The Associate Director, Omnichannel and Patient Marketing will lead the development and implementation of the comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan for the gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma indication launch for a first in class HER2 targeted bispecific agent, including its current biliary tract cancer (BTC) indication.

Specifically, the Associate Director, Omnichannel and Patient Marketing will have two primary areas of responsibility : (1) lead the strategic digital HCP plan across both indications (upon data availability) and execution (2) lead the patient engagement strategy. This includes managing several cross-functional agencies and teams working on both strategic and tactical projects / workstreams that will be critical to the launch for patient engagement and the overarching omnichannel plan for the brand across all audiences across both indications. As a core member of the growing Oncology Franchise, the AD will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to drive product adoption across FDA-approved indications.

This position will report to the Sr. Director.

Essential Functions

Lead the development and implementation the omnichannel strategy for the brand across two indications and across four key audiences - HCPs, Nurses, Patients and Pharmacists; lead cross-functional teams through successful execution of the strategy

Lead the development of the patient engagement strategy and all tactical components - e.g. starter kits, patient messaging, patient CRM and so on

Serve as the primary lead for a broad range of HCP omnichannel marketing tactics including print and digital promotions (i.e. Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Customer Programs, AI, Websites, HCP CRM, etc.) with a specific focus on the GEA indication development and execution for launch

Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes and relevant market and managed care dynamics to own the overarching brand engagement strategy

Work with key functional partners - implementing market research initiatives, evaluating third-party market data and omnichannel engagement dashboards to generate a deeper understanding of customer / market needs and performance of omnichannel programs

Provide omnichannel strategy thought leadership across the franchise to ensure optimization of plans across Marketing, Medical and Market Access

Manage several key vendors, including being the point of contact for the primary media agency

Establish a strong partnership with PMRC, omnichannel strategy and business operations teams to realize the omnichannel vision

Establish a strong relationship with the sales team and other field-based commercial teams to ensure optimal execution of hybrid omnichannel / field tactics such as Customer Insights

Lead coordination and planning of PMRC reviews relating to applicable work; responsible for applicable HCP marketing budget management, including managing work orders, accrual process, applicable forecast lines; work with cross-functional teams including commercial services and finance department, as needed. Primary marketing lead for Medical Comms agency

Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes and relevant market and managed care dynamics

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

7+ years of marketing (or related commercial) experience in the biotech / pharmaceutical industry required

Omnichannel experience required

Launch experience is preferred

Oncology experience is preferred

Operate in a high paced launch environment

Taking initiative and delivering results

Communication skills (including the ability to present to large audiences)

Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration

Good judgement and evidence of good analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, planning and project management with attention to details

Approximately 30-40% travel is required

Required / Preferred Education and Licenses

Bachelor's Degree (life sciences or a related discipline a plus)

Graduate degree (preferred)

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is : $176,000.00 - $264,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
