Grounds Person

As a Grounds person you will :

• Operate pickup truck and / or a golf cart in daily work.
• Empties all trash cans at pools three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
• Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.
• Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
• Sweeps curbs and sidewalks.
• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
• Empty dumpsters.
• Operates trash compactor.
• Empties recycle bins.
• Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
• Leaves work area in a clean neat and safe condition.
