About the role :
The Evergreen Private Fund Solutions Team is a new, dedicated line of business that provides a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for a sophisticated and rapidly growing fund structure : the '34 Act Registered Fund. This role will work on supporting the launch and ongoing operations of a new fund structure initiative. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. This role offers exposure to fund operations, client service, and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Assist in tracking fund launch milestones and updating project plans.Support internal coordination across teams such as Legal, Finance, and Technology.Help review fund documentation for completeness and operational feasibility.Participate in platform testing and assist with configuration tasks.Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives.Valued qualities and key skills :

A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college / university bachelor's degree programMust be available to work the duration of the program from June 7th through August 8th to be eligibleCommitted to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internshipAuthorized to work in the United StatesWe are unable to offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this programPay Rate : $42.00 / hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
