Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and capable Assistant Aquatics Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Aquatics Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and programming of our Pool facility. The Assistant Aquatics Manager creates a fun, safe, and structured environment for our patrons. You will also hire, manage, and train staff, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the facility runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet program participants and welcome them to the facility
- Respond to inquiries regarding the programs and offerings
- Manage staff and lead regular staff meetings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Create or approve schedules
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
- Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
