Key Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with physician candidates through various sourcing methods

Manage multiple searches within assigned regions while maintaining organization

Maintain consistent communication with passive candidates over long periods

Required Qualifications

BS / BA preferred

1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare

Experience sourcing and screening resumes for specific skill sets

Experience engaging and activating passive candidates

Familiarity with online and offline recruiting techniques
