What you'll do

As a member of our team, you will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, actively prospecting new accounts, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our commercial door clients. You will be hands-on in the field, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

The day-to-day

  • Hustle in the field, meeting with contractors, end users, and decision-makers to grow our customer base
  • Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of commercial door opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and value
  • Confidently overcome objections and close business to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on product offerings and match solutions to their needs
  • Track progress, manage opportunities, and report on sales activities

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in commercial doors, construction, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a book of business
  • Strong hunter mentality : resilient, persistent, and motivated to win new customers
  • Hands-on product knowledge of commercial doors (or ability to quickly learn)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a boots-on-the-ground sales environment with significant time spent in the field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer use
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
