What You’ll Do

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy focused on restoring function and reducing pain

Educate and motivate patients and families to support home progress

Collaborate with referring providers and rehab team for optimal outcomes

Supervise therapy assistants and mentor students when applicable

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Active or eligible PT license in the State of Indiana

Current CPR / BLS certification

Strong communication, clinical, and time management skills

Experience in outpatient care preferred
