Position :  Bridal and Bridesmaid Retail Stylist

Location :  Saint Paul, Minnesota Job Type :  Part-Time Starting Hourly Rate :  $15 per hour plus bonus program and tips. Stylists average between $25-$40 per hour with base, tips and bonus plan.

Position Overview :

The Bridal and Bridesmaid Stylist plays a key role in delivering a memorable and stress-free shopping experience for brides, bridesmaids, and their loved ones. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Stylists will assist customers in selecting their complete bridal or bridesmaid ensemble while meeting individual sales goals.

Customer Experience :

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to brides, bridesmaids, and other customers, ensuring their experience at Wedding Shoppe Inc. exceeds expectations.
• Assist customers in selecting wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and other products.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their unique needs, styles, and preferences.
• Conduct and manage professional and timely customer appointments, including follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
