Description : About the Role :
At Corus Hospice in Albuquerque, we believe end-of-life care is sacred. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. If you’re an experienced hospice aide who values personal connection and flexible scheduling, you’ll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
 - Follow care plans and clinical guidance under the supervision of RNs
 - Support patients in their homes with household tasks that contribute to health and comfort
 - Document visits accurately and communicate changes in patient condition
 - Assist with exercises, mobility, and therapeutic activities as directed
 - Participate in team meetings and patient care conferences
 - Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
 - Be present, calm, and grounded for families in times of transition
 
Requirements :
What We’re Looking For :
