Job description

A community health center in Dayton, Ohio, is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join its team.

Job and Clinic details :

  • Full-time, outpatient-only position
  • The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm. Open one Saturday a month from 8 : 00 am -12 pm

    • Requirements :

  • 2+ Years of experience as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner seeing all ages
  • Prescriptive Authority required
  • Active Ohio license
